Nazca booby egg.  ©National Geographic Society – Photo by Jeff Mauritzen Nazca Booby that is!  Named after the tectonic plate that lies near the Galapagos Islands. The Nazca booby makes it’s home on the archipelago along with the Red-footed and Blue-footed booby.
