		<description>Great question. I don&#039;t really think there is a best time. It really depends on what you want to see, especially if you&#039;re a diver.  The weather from December through May is the rainy season and also the time I visited.  To be honest, I only saw rain a handful of times and usually only in the highlands.</description>

		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with you more! We rescued our first greyhound (and first dog ever) she is exactly everything you described. We couldn&#039;t have asked for a better family pet. No dog smell ( I can&#039;t stand dog smell) and our son has asthma, she has not bothered him at all. We take her out alot, she knows what it means when we say &quot;Wanna go in the car?&quot; and gets super excited! I don&#039;t think I could get any other type of dog, she was so easy to train, and learned very quickly.
